CB Fashion USA ships exclusively within the United States using FedEx and UPS. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $15 per order


Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. We do not offer exchanges. To get a different size or item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within *5–10 business days*.
